Curing Neonatal Jaundice in Children by aiding in the purchase of a Phototherapy Machine (Firefly)
Cirrus oil supported the Aroma Universal Foundation in purchasing a Phototherapy Machine (Firefly) for the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital Neonatal Care Unit to cure Neonatal Jaundice, a sickness that rendered it patients disabled.
Assistance in the Reading Promotion Campaign
In line with our CSR policy, Cirrus Oil supported the Ghana Book Development Council to acquire Book Booths for basic schools in Ghana, in their “Learn to Read; Read to Learn†campaign, which was aimed at promoting reading among school children in Ghana. The Book Booths were stocked with assorted reading books to supplement school libraries or serve as libraries in schools without library facilities. The booths had seating areas fixed permanently to the sides. They are also placed at vantage locations in the schools, particularly close to play grounds where children can have easy access to the books at all times.

Cirrus Oil supported a member of the Critical Care Nursing Group - Ghana to attend the National Teaching Institute and critical care exposition (NTI) in Orlando, Florida - USA, by paying for her Conference fee.

In demonstration of our regard for the summit, Cirrus oil supported the Heritage and Cultural Society of Africa to host an international summit that aims to reunite, reconcile and link communities that were directly or indirectly affected by the transatlantic slave trade.
